Ozone generation technology is mainly through simulating the generation of Ozone in nature. With continuous research and technology development, the ozone generation technology is highly sophisticated; the main methods are photochemical, electrochemical, corona discharge. At present, corona discharge method is widely used in the industrial ozone.

Ozonator product introduction
The ozone chamber and ozone generating unit are made of 316L material, the overall material is not less than 304 stainless steel, the sealing and insulation parts are made of PTFE and fluorine rubber.
Horizontal structure of generator chamber, horizontal placement of discharge body, convenient maintenance.The series of double amplifier monomers is beneficial to increase ozone concentration and reduce power consumption, and the design of frequency conversion power supply air cooling is safe and reliable.Standard Siemens PLC, can be configured including temperature, pressure, flow, concentration detection, control valve, including a variety of automatic control instrument valves, in order to meet customer needs, minimize energy consumption.

All equipment in the contract be designed and manufactured in accordance with current Chinese & professional standard and regulations;
Warranty period: 12 months after formal running or 18 months after delivery, whichever occurs first;
Afterwards, prompt maintenance service and spare parts will be available with charge.
Documents and drawings provided by the seller shall be drawn in English version.
